Questo champagne si distingue per essere privo di solfiti aggiunti, una scelta che permette di esaltare la purezza e l’autenticità delle uve provenienti dai migliori vigneti Grand Cru della regione della Champagne.

Al naso, L’Opiniatre Nature rivela un bouquet complesso e raffinato, con note floreali e fruttate che spaziano dai fiori bianchi agli agrumi, accompagnate da sentori di lievito e crosta di pane, frutto della lunga maturazione sui lieviti. Al palato, si presenta vibrante e fresco, con una vivace effervescenza e una bella mineralità che evidenzia il terroir gessoso da cui proviene. Le note di frutta bianca e agrumi si ritrovano in bocca, armonizzate da una piacevole cremosità che arricchisce la struttura del vino senza appesantirla.
