Alla vista, il colore è un giallo dorato brillante, con una bollicina fine e persistente, indicativa di una lunga maturazione sui lieviti. Al naso, sprigiona un bouquet complesso e affascinante dominato da note di frutta bianca matura, mela cotogna, e leggere sfumature di agrumi, combinate con aromi di lievito fresco, mandorla tostata e un leggero sentore minerale.

In bocca, il Le Petit Clos offre una sensazione cremosa e avvolgente. Winery history
A family-run estate passed down through generations: the Vesselle family continues a long winemaking tradition in Bouzy, currently managed by Delphine and David Vesselle. The house places particular emphasis on the area's historic vineyards and a flagship cuvée called "Le Petit Clos".
