The Drappier Champagne Millèsime Exception AOC - Jeroboam is a true example of elegance and sophistication, capable of elevating any special occasion. Produced in a limited edition, this champagne expresses the unique terroir of the Champagne region in France with a mastery few others can achieve.

Drappier cellar, known for its adherence to traditions and the use of meticulous winemaking techniques, carefully selects Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier grapes to create this cuvée. The vintage of this Millèsime, 2007, stood out for its favorable weather conditions, which allowed for grapes of exceptional quality and maturation.

Visually, the Jeroboam Millèsime Exception presents a bright golden yellow color, accented by a fine and persistent perlage that foretells the quality of the sip. On the nose, complex aromas of ripe fruit such as peach and apricot emerge, integrated with nuances of toasted brioche and almond, thanks to the extended maturation period on the yeasts.

On the palate, Drappier Millèsime Exception is rich and structured; the liveliness of the acidity harmoniously balances with the creaminess of the perlage, leading to a long and elegant finish, with an aftertaste reminiscent of dried fruit and delicate spices.

This Champagne is ideal for celebrating significant moments and pairs beautifully with sophisticated dishes like oysters, truffles, or rich fish dishes. The Jeroboam format, equivalent to four standard bottles, makes it perfect for parties and large celebrations, ensuring that every guest can enjoy this effervescent excellence.
