This Premier Cru Champagne from Frerejean Freres presents a dry, nervy character, marked by fine bubbles and a vibrant perlage. On the nose there are hints of green apple, ripe citrus and white flowers, accompanied by delicate notes of yeast and toasted bread that add depth without weighing it down; the overall impression remains taut and precise, with a sapidity that invites the next sip. The body is medium-bodied, well balanced between freshness and structure.

On the palate it confirms the linearity suggested on the nose: the sip is lean, bright in acidity and supported by a saline texture that prolongs its persistence. The low dosage typical of Extra Brut enhances the wine's purity and aromatic clarity, making it ideal both for an elegant aperitif and to accompany seafood, sushi and light fish dishes; also try pairings with carpaccios and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled, around 8-10°C, to best appreciate the tension and finesse of the bubbles.
