The Champagne Princess Extra Brut by De Venoge is a quintessential example of the elegance and refinement that characterize the De Venoge maison. This champagne is meticulously crafted using the traditional method, which involves a second fermentation in the bottle, a practice that endows the wine with its complex texture and subtle bubbles.

With a blend primarily made of Pinot Noir and a small part of Chardonnay, this champagne displays a soft golden color, with reflections that allude to glamour and prestige. The aroma opens with intense scents of fresh citrus, green apple, and hints of white flowers, followed by a slight note of toasted bread and almond, resulting from its maturation of at least 36 months on the yeast.

On the palate, the Princess Extra Brut astonishes with its perfect balance between crisp acidity and structured body. The complexity of flavors includes touches of white-fleshed fruits, citrus, and a delicate mineral streak leading to a long, clean finish. Despite its dryness, the palate is caressed by a persistent freshness that beckons another sip.

This champagne is ideal for special occasions or as a sophisticated aperitif. It pairs beautifully with delicate starters such as oysters or salmon tartare, but can also be an excellent companion for an elegant fish-based dinner.

The De Venoge Princess Extra Brut is much more than just a champagne: it's a sensory experience that celebrates the tradition and innovation of winemaking in Champagne, appealing to those seeking impeccable quality and sophisticated taste.
