Champagne Rich in magnum format from Veuve Clicquot. It shows fine perlage and a creamy mousse supporting a bright straw-yellow colour. On the nose it is broad and layered, with aromas of ripe apple and pear, citrus zest and light biscuity notes; on the palate it is smooth, with pleasant acidity and a saline thread that supports the structure without being intrusive. Aromatic persistence is discreet, with fruity echoes and a slightly toasted finish that invites another sip.

The magnum format suits convivial moments, celebrations and dinners where an elegant service is desired. Excellent as a substantial aperitif, it pairs well with seafood, shellfish, sushi and richer fish dishes, as well as soft cheeses. To reveal its nuances, serve between 8 and 10 °C in flutes or stemmed glasses; avoid temperature swings and direct light during storage. Ideal for sharing and for occasions when a reliable sparkling wine character is sought.
