Spicy dishes, grilled meats, full-flavored shellfish, decadent desserts |
On the palate it shows a balance between freshness and salinity, with an articulated flavor texture and a progression leading to a long, clean finish. It works well served on its own or paired with seafood, crustaceans, delicate fish dishes and soft cheeses; it also pairs with preparations of white meat. Serve well chilled, preferably in a flute or white wine glass at around 8–10 °C.
