Hailing from the renowned Burgundy region in France, the Chartron et Trebuchet Bourgogne Chardonnay is a celebration of the elegance and finesse that characterize the wines from this area. A 100% Chardonnay white wine, this specimen stands out for its refinement and aromatic complexity.

The Chartron et Trebuchet Bourgogne Chardonnay is produced using traditional methods, which include careful vinification and a precise selection of grapes. The result is a wine with a lively straw yellow color, with greenish reflections under the right light.

On the nose, it offers an intriguing bouquet of aromas, where notes of fresh fruit such as peach and melon stand out, coupled with nuances of butter and vanilla derived from a light passage in French oak barriques. This maturation in wood adds a dimension of complexity without overwhelming the natural freshness of the fruit.

On the palate, the Chartron et Trebuchet Bourgogne Chardonnay presents a perfect balance between vibrant acidity and a creamy texture, culminating in a long and pleasantly persistent finish. The mineral notes underline the elegance that only the limestone soils of Burgundy can offer.

This wine pairs beautifully with refined fish dishes, seafood, roasted chicken, and soft cheeses such as Brie. It is also ideal as an aperitif, thanks to its freshness and vivacity.

With an aging potential that can exceed 5-7 years, the Chartron et Trebuchet Bourgogne Chardonnay is a wine that can also be stored for special occasions, maturing in the bottle and developing further layers of complexity and depth.
