The Chardonnay Bourgogne by Louis Moreau is a white wine that embodies the elegance and refinement of the Burgundy region. This Chardonnay is produced using traditional methods, allowing the wine to fully express the characteristic calcareous-clay terroir of this historic area. On the nose, it reveals an aromatic bouquet of green apple, pear, floral notes, and a light touch of vanilla deriving from a short passage in barrels. On the palate, it presents itself as balanced and fresh, with a pleasant acidity that extends its harmony and persistence. A perfect wine to serve chilled, ideal for accompanying fish dishes, seafood, or as an elegant aperitif. The Chardonnay Bourgogne by Louis Moreau, with its clean and precise profile, represents a classic example of a Burgundy Chardonnay not to be missed.
