This Chardonnay from Haras de Pirque comes from the Casablanca indication mentioned in the name; it shows a bright straw yellow with slight green reflections. On the nose it opens with citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit), green apple and white peach, accompanied by floral hints and a light minerality that adds freshness. The aromatic profile remains clean and immediate, without excess, suited to those seeking a lean and pleasant white.

On the palate it offers good acidity and a medium-light body: the fruit noted on the nose returns in the mouth with a saline, smooth finish. It pairs well with fish dishes, raw preparations, salads and fresh cheeses; serve chilled at about 8–10 °C. The term "Sostenibile" in the name suggests an environmental awareness in production: it presents a modern, everyday profile, intended for daily enjoyment and for those who appreciate easy-drinking wines with character. The sip is straightforward but provides interesting sensory details.

Region: Valle del Maipo
Country: Cile
Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Carménère, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc
Shop/cellar with a horseshoe-shaped structure that recalls the estate's equestrian origin. Strong commitment to sustainability and declared organic viticultural practices. Vineyards in the Andean sector of the Maipo Valley, featuring notable wines such as Albis, Pitío, Galantas, Ecràl and Hussonet. Some activities are managed by Antinori Chile SpA
Winery history
The estate originated on a large property with roots in purebred horse breeding; the name pays homage to a haras founded in 1892. Over the years the property was developed for viticulture and, from the 2000s, the Antinori family progressively became involved in the project, eventually leading operations through Antinori Chile SpA. The first wine linked to the Antinori family's involvement is Albis, and subsequently the winery consolidated a production based on high-performing parcels in the Andean Maipo area.
Production philosophy
Focus on terroir-driven quality and sustainability: the winery emphasizes the expression of the Maipo Andes Valley terroir, practices organic viticulture in its designated vineyards, and uses winemaking processes designed to minimize environmental impact.
Terroir and vineyards
The estate is located in Pirque, in the eastern part of the Maipo Valley, at the foothills of the Andes, about 30 km south of Santiago. Some wines use grapes sourced from other selected areas, such as the Leyda Valley, for specific white wine expressions.
