The grapes are grown in New Zealand in four blocks of separate vineyards located in different regions: Brancott, Fairhall, Ben Morven and Central Wairau ValleyMix, on soils composed of draining gravel and clay-based.

After a light pressing, the decanted must is decanted and transferred to 15% new French oak barriques. After fermentation, the wine is left to rest in barrels for 11 months before being blended. 21% with malolactic fermentation.

Straw yellow. The nose is fresh and captivating, with aromas of candied citrus fruits, hints of stone fruit, orchard flowers and light spice notes. The taste is round, with sweet perceptions of citrus and fruit where the white peach stands out, with pleasant rivulets of custard.

It goes perfectly with seafood first and second courses, it is perfect with vegetarian dishes.
