On tasting, the Chardonnay Langhe DOC 2024 from Brezza shows an elegant, immediate profile: on the nose there are notes of Golden apple, ripe pear and a hint of white flowers, supported by a fresh citrus streak. The sip is medium-bodied, well balanced between freshness and softness, with a saline thread that lengthens its drinkability without weighing it down. The fruit is clean, with a subtle minerality that supports the palate progression; it is linear, with a pleasant final trace that invites a second glass.

This white works well both as an aperitif and with delicate seafood dishes, creamy risottos and fresh cheeses; it is also versatile in the kitchen, where its ability to accompany buttery or slightly savory ingredients stands out. Serve at around 10-12°C to capture the fresh acidity and aromatic persistence. A wine of fine, everyday character, capable of offering immediate pleasure without sacrificing a certain complexity.

Winery history
The Brezza family has owned vineyards in Barolo since 1885; the company name comes from Giacomo Brezza and the first documented bottling dates to the early 20th century. The business has remained family-run and has developed by preserving the historic cellars while combining tradition with some technological interventions in winemaking.
Production philosophy
Enhancing the crus and the Langhe territory, prioritizing winemaking that respects the grapes' characteristics: a traditional approach for the great reds and stainless-steel vinification for the fresher styles. Cultivation is oriented toward organic farming, as evidenced by the company's certification.
Terroir and vineyards
The winery is located in the municipality of Barolo, Piedmont. Its estate vineyards include parcels within the MGA of Cannubi, Castellero and Sarmassa; there are also vineyard plots in other municipalities of the Langhe such as Monforte d'Alba, Novello and in the area between Alba and Diano d'Alba.
