This Chardonnay is offered by Maso Martis under the Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT designation. The name identifies the grape variety and the geographical category stated on the label, but does not provide enough information to describe the vintage, style, maturation or cellar practices precisely. It is therefore more accurate to present it as a white wine made from Chardonnay without assigning it unverified characteristics. Chardonnay is a versatile grape variety that can produce wines with different profiles depending on production choices. Without further information, it is not possible to determine which expression defines this bottle. The geographical designation and producer’s name provide its essential identity; its aromas, structure and finish can be assessed through tasting.

At the table, it may be worth trying with simply prepared fish, vegetables or white meats, pairings generally suited to a white wine from this variety. The final choice will depend on the wine’s actual style and the richness of the dish, so it is best served chilled and paired according to the tasting. This is an option for those wishing to explore a Chardonnay from Maso Martis and let the wine in the glass guide them, without fixed expectations about aromas or production methods that have not been specified.
