Chassagne Montrachet - Borgogna Regnard is a refined white wine that best expresses the elegance of the famous Burgundy denomination. Produced with Chardonnay grapes grown in one of the most renowned regions in the world, this wine stands out for its complexity and harmony. The temperate climate and limestone soil impart freshness and minerality that can be perceived both on the nose and the palate. The aging process takes place in oak barrels, which lend softness and light vanilla notes without overpowering the natural fruity expression. On the nose, aromas of white-fleshed fruit, such as apple and pear, emerge, accompanied by subtle floral and mineral hints. On the palate, it reveals itself to be savory and persistent, with a perfect balance between acidity and roundness. Founded in 1860, the house has historic cellars in the centre of Chablis. Part of the De Ladoucette group since 1984. Production includes Chablis, Petit Chablis, Premier Cru and the seven Grand Crus of Chablis. Selected cuvée "Grand Régnard", created in 1992. Wines also sourced from areas of the Côte de Beaune and the Mâconnais.

Winery history
The house is recognized as one of the oldest in Burgundy: official records indicate it was founded in 1860. In 1984 ownership passed to Baron Patrick de Ladoucette, who initiated a program of restoration and revitalization; in 1992 the cuvée ‘Grand Régnard’ was launched, a selection of the estate’s finest vineyard parcels. The historic cellars are located in the center of Chablis.
Production philosophy
Winemaking aims to marry respect for tradition with modern technical interventions: meticulous attention is given to the selection of crus and to expressing the territorial character of the vineyards, with a measured use of wood and cellar practices to enhance finesse and elegance.
