Pairing Red meats, aged cheeses, Tuscan dishes
Elegant in profile and true to the Chianti Classico style, this wine shows a vivid ruby color and a savory, vibrant character. In the glass there are notes of ripe cherry and small red fruits, shaded by a floral memory of violet and light hints of aromatic herbs; the palate is driven by lively freshness and fine tannins that outline its structure without weighing it down. The balance between acidity and body gives it a smooth progression, with a persistence that remains clean and pleasant through the finish.

Well suited to everyday tables and convivial moments: it pairs successfully with tomato sauces, roasted meats and medium-aged cheeses, but also finds a place alongside the more rustic dishes of regional cuisine. Served around 16–18 °C it reveals the best of its profile and is immediately enjoyable, while keeping the substance that makes it suitable for a few years in the cellar for those who enjoy a softer, more integrated wine.
