This Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG from the winery Sofia Ricasoli comes in magnum format, ideal for convivial occasions. Deep ruby in color with garnet highlights, on the nose it opens with notes of ripe red fruit, floral hints and light spicy nuances; the aromatic profile develops with a subtle minerality that provides depth. On the palate it shows structure and balance: present but well-integrated tannins, sustained acidity and a saline progression that supports a long, clean finish.

It pairs with dishes of the Tuscan tradition and preparations based on red meats, roasts and aged cheeses; thanks to the magnum format it is also suited to dinners where the bottle is shared. Decanting is advised for richer labels and serving temperature is around 16–18 °C. Storage in a cool, stable environment can favor its development while preserving the typical character of the denomination.
