The Chianti Riserva DOCG "La Regista" produced by the Il Palagio estate of Sting is an exceptionally refined and complex red wine. This wine exemplifies the rich tradition of Italian winemaking from the Tuscany region, known for its wines of exceptional caliber.

"La Regista" is primarily made from Sangiovese grapes, carefully selected from the most mature and productive vineyards of the estate. The winemaking process adheres to traditional methods, featuring a slow fermentation followed by an aging period of at least 24 months in French oak barrels, which contributes to the wine's robust structure and intense aromas.

Visually, the wine presents a deep ruby red color that captivates at first glance. On the nose, it reveals a complex bouquet dominated by notes of ripe red fruits such as cherries and plums, enriched by spicy nuances of vanilla and black pepper. Hints of tobacco and chocolate, a result of wood elevation, are also present.

On the palate, "La Regista" showcases a full and well-balanced body. The acidity is lively but well-integrated with soft and velvety tannins. The palate is pampered by a long and persistent finish that echoes the fruity and spicy aromas perceived on the nose.

The Chianti Riserva DOCG "La Regista" is ideal for pairing with Tuscan cuisine dishes like bistecca alla fiorentina, game, and aged cheeses. It is also a wine that can be confidently aged in the cellar, promising a positive evolution for many years to come.

Each sip of this wine promises a complete sensory experience, reflecting the commitment and passion of Il Palagio estate in creating high-quality wines.
