The Chiaretto Bardolino DOC from Zeni's Fef Collection is a rosé with a lively, measured character, refined in amphora to highlight fruit freshness without overloading the structure. It shows a pale pink color and an aromatic profile recalling red berries, fresh flowers and subtle mineral hints; on the palate it is slender, balanced, with pleasant sapidity that supports a clean, inviting finish. Amphora aging gives a delicate texture and a more direct oxygen interaction, enhancing drinkability without distorting the Chiaretto's identity.

It pairs well with light fish dishes, shellfish preparations, summer salads and flavorful antipasti; it also works with mildly seasoned white meats and fresh cheeses. Recommended serving temperature around 10–12 °C, in glasses that emphasize aromatic freshness. Intended for early consumption, its structure and clear palate make it suitable for convivial moments and dishes that require an acidic, fresh component.
