A ready-to-drink chiaretto that naturally expresses the character of the Garda shore. The color is pale pink with salmon hues; on the nose it opens with light red fruits and floral notes reminiscent of rose and violet, followed by a fresh citrus peel and a slight herbaceous hint. The overall impression is fragrant and restrained, it doesn't demand attention but invites you to carry on, with an olfactory clarity that anticipates the tasting.

On the palate it confirms serenity and balance: the profile is slender, supported by lively acidity and a salinity that cleanses the palate. The body remains pleasantly light, the persistence is focused on fruit and a slightly mineral finish; tannins are absent or imperceptible, designed for freshness rather than structure. Perfect as an aperitif or with summer dishes — seafood salads, grilled fish and delicate cold cuts — it should be served well chilled to enhance its liveliness.
