Light and luminous, the Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC from Bolla shows a bright pink hue and an immediate aromatic profile: small, just‑ripe red fruits, a touch of citrus and delicate floral notes.

On the palate it is fresh and smooth, characterized by a good balance between acidity and softness; the sip is clean and lively, with a slight sapidity that supports the structure and a modest persistence that invites another taste. It does not seek extreme complexity, but focuses on pleasantness and ease of pairing. It is ideal as a companion to appetizers, grilled fish and flavorful salads, but also works well with everyday dishes thanks to its versatile nature. Served chilled, it best expresses its freshness without losing personality; also useful as an aperitif wine when you want something light but not banal. A Chiaretto designed for those who appreciate an immediate sip and a good balance between fruit and drinkability.
