The Moscato used offers intense notes of white flowers, apricot, and honey, which harmoniously blend with the aromatic spices typical of chinato, such as cinchona and cinnamon. The aging process, which includes a long maceration of herbs followed by resting in wooden barrels, provides balance and complexity, enriching the product with slightly bitter and balsamic nuances.
On the palate, it is soft, elegant, with a sweetness balanced by the typical freshness of Moscato.
