On the palate it displays a balance between structure and liveliness, with well-integrated tannins and a freshness that supports the sip without weighing it down. Winery history
La famiglia Di Vaira è presente a Bolgheri dagli anni '50; l'attività agricola di famiglia è stata riconvertita e rilanciata sotto il nome di Dario Di Vaira quando, dopo la laurea in viticoltura ed enologia, Dario ha iniziato a sviluppare una produzione di vini d'espressione territoriale. L'azienda oggi è una realtà a conduzione familiare che unisce tradizione locale e scelte tecniche contemporanee.
Production philosophy
Approccio da vignaiolo: cura artigianale dalla vigna alla cantina, rispetto del terroir e ricerca di eleganza e pulizia espressiva. L'uso di legno e vinificazioni è finalizzato a valorizzare le caratteristiche dell'annata e dei suoli, con attenzione alla sostenibilità su scala familiare.
