On the palate it displays a balance between structure and liveliness, with well-integrated tannins and a freshness that supports the sip without weighing it down. The texture is pleasant, with a linear progression that highlights aromatic clarity and a decent lingering finish. The wine lends itself to relatively early drinking but has the substance to carry a few years in bottle; it suits flavorful dishes without too much elaboration. Try it with grilled meats, country ragù or medium-aged cheeses, served at around 16-18 °C to appreciate its balance and finesse. It is an example of Mediterranean-contemporary style: elegant, sincere and easy to pair.
