Clos Mireille Cotes De Provence Blanc from Domaines Ott is a stunning expression of the unique terroir of Provence, a region that captures the essence of the Mediterranean through its wines. This white wine is produced in one of the most picturesque vineyards on the Provençal coast, where the proximity to the sea and the particular soil give the wine distinctive characteristics and a fascinating aromatic profile.

Created mainly from Sémillon and Rolle (Vermentino) grapes, Clos Mireille Blanc is the result of careful vinification that respects the varieties, with the aim of preserving the freshness and expressiveness of the fruit. The grapes are harvested manually at the optimal moment of ripeness, to guarantee a perfect balance between acidity and sugars, and then vinified with techniques that enhance the purity and elegance of the flavors.

At sight, the wine has a light straw yellow color, with brilliant reflections that announce its liveliness. On the nose, it offers a rich and complex bouquet, with predominant notes of white pulp fruit, such as peach and apricot, enriched by floral nuances and a touch of minerality that recalls its proximity to the sea. Subtle hints of aromatic herbs and citrus add depth and variety to the olfactory profile.

In the mouth, Clos Mireille Blanc surprises with its extraordinary freshness and liveliness. The acidity is well balanced, supporting a medium structure that develops into a long and pleasantly persistent finish. The flavor palette is consistent with the olfactory bouquet, offering a harmonious and satisfying tasting experience.

This wine is an ideal companion for Mediterranean cuisine, capable of elegantly accompanying fish and seafood dishes, but also white meats and fresh cheeses. Its ability to combine aromatic intensity and freshness also makes it perfect as an aperitif, to start any type of banquet in style.

The Clos Mireille Cotes De Provence Blanc by Domaines Ott is a tribute to the beauty and richness of Provence, a wine that invites you to discover and appreciate the finesse and complexity of the whites of this enchanting French region.

Conversion to organic and sustainable practices underway; first Ecocert‑certified harvests reported by sources.
Winery history
The Ott family's activity in Provence began with Marcel Ott; the first documented purchase was Château de Selle. The family later acquired Clos Mireille and Château Romassan. During the 20th century Domaines Ott developed a quality-focused production, with parcel-based vinifications and an iconic bottle introduced by the family in the 1930s. More recently the project entered the sphere of the Roederer group, while technical management remained entrusted to the Ott family.
Production philosophy
A focus on the typicality of individual terroirs, yield limitation and meticulous winemaking. Consistent attention to soil quality and ageing. In recent years the group has begun converting part of its vineyards to more sustainable and organic practices.
Terroir and vineyards
The three estates are located in the Var department: Château de Selle in Taradeau, Clos Mireille in La Londe-les-Maures and Château Romassan in Le Castellet. The terroirs range from clay-limestone and chalky soils to schist and quartz, resulting in wines with distinct profiles.
