The Martell VSOP Medallion Cognac is an exquisite choice for lovers of refined spirits, offering a perfect balance between elegance and complexity. Produced in France, in the prestigious Cognac region, the Martell VSOP Medallion is crafted adhering to traditional methods that date back over 300 years.

With a volume of one liter, this VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) stands out for its maturation in selected oak barrels, which gives it a bright amber color, typical of high-quality cognac. Its aromatic palette opens with notes of dried fruit and honey, evolves through hints of vanilla and toasted wood, and finishes with a slight trace of almond and ripe fruit.

On the palate, the Martell VSOP Medallion is balanced and round, with a softness that caresses the palate, leading to a persistent and aromatic finish. Its complexity is made even more enjoyable by the intrinsic sweetness and elegant structure that characterize it.

This cognac is best enjoyed neat, at room temperature or slightly chilled, to fully appreciate its aromatic bouquet and the complexity of its taste. It is also an excellent choice to accompany chocolate-based desserts or as a digestive at the end of a meal.

With the Martell VSOP Medallion Cognac, you can always count on a superior tasting experience that combines tradition and quality in every sip, making it perfect for special occasions or as a prestigious gift for connoisseurs.

Discover the spirits, production style and story of Martell.

Martell is a historic Cognac maison founded in Cognac (France) in 1715. It produces a range of artisanal cognacs based on the selection of eaux-de-vie from the region's crus, the double distillation of 'clear' wines and aging in fine-grained French oak. Among the best-known labels: Cordon Bleu, VS, VSOP Medaillon, XO and Blue Swift (VSOP finished in bourbon casks).

Distillation

Double distillation of 'clear' wines in copper stills (Charentais pot still); the Maison favors distilling wines free of sediment to obtain fine, clean eaux-de-vie.

Ageing

Aging in fine‑grained French oak casks (Tronçais-style) in the Maison's cellars; some expressions receive finishes in bourbon casks to add vanilla and toasted notes.
