The maturation process is achieved through a long aging in fine French oak barrels, which gives the cognac a layered aromatic texture, where balanced notes of vanilla, orange blossom, candied fruits, and a delicate spicy touch emerge. The mouthfeel is velvety, balanced between sweetness and a pleasant tannic note, leaving a persistent finish that invites another tasting.
Perfect to savor neat, accompanied by quality cigars, or as a sophisticated base for classic cocktails, the Royal Blend of Tesseron is a precious testament to the connection between territory, grape variety, and artisanal mastery that defines the heritage of great cognacs.

Distillation
Double distillation in copper charentais pot stills ('à repasse'), distillation on the lees; only the 'heart' of the distillation is retained.
Ageing
Ageing in oak casks (mainly Limousin); some reserves are kept and matured over generations in the historic cellars and in the Maison's 'Paradis', with cellars maintained at varying humidity to add complexity to the blends.
