To the eye, it presents an intense amber color, accompanied by a brilliance that preludes its quality. On the nose, warm notes of roasting come forth immediately, with clear hints of freshly ground coffee, vanilla, and dark chocolate. This olfactory symphony is completed with charming nuances of ripe fruit and sweet spices, making the bouquet particularly complex and inviting.
On the palate, the Coloma 15-year demonstrates its full and round body, with a soft texture that envelops the palate. Flavors of coffee, along with nuances of caramel and chocolate, create a perfect balance with the right degree of sweetness and a persistently warm and spicy aftertaste. The fineness of the wood is well integrated, giving life to a long and pleasantly aromatic finish.
This rum, presented in an elegant case, is ideal to be savored neat, at room temperature, perhaps accompanied by high-quality dark chocolate or a cigar. It can also be the star of sophisticated cocktails that require a high-quality base.
Every sip of Coloma 15-year rum tells a story of passion, tradition, and innovation, making it an exclusive item for collectors and a grand gift for enthusiasts. A true gem to discover and to treasure in one's collection.

Ageing
Aging in American oak (ex-bourbon) barrels; some bottlings undergo finishes or short affinements in casks that previously contained the Coloma coffee liqueur. The coffee liqueur is infused and then rested in used American oak barrels for 8–10 weeks.
