The Coteaux Bourguignons from Cantina Pillot represents an authentic and vibrant expression of Burgundy, a region renowned for its wines of exceptional finesse. This wine is crafted from a skillful blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir grapes, cultivated on clay-limestone soils that impart complexity and structure. Its appearance is a brilliant ruby red, while the nose reveals intense notes of red fruits such as cherries and strawberries, enriched by light spicy and floral nuances. On the palate, Pillot's Coteaux Bourguignons offers a smooth and harmonious texture, with a perfect balance between acidity and tannins, which evolves into a persistent and pleasantly fresh finish. This wine is ideal to serve with traditional cuisine dishes, such as roast chicken or semi-aged cheeses. An example that celebrates the elegance and winemaking tradition of Burgundy with every sip.
