On the nose, the bouquet reveals intriguing notes of honey, apricot, and delicate hints of chamomile, inviting a pleasantly complex tasting experience.

On the palate, the wine unfolds with a balanced sweetness and a rich structure, offering nuances of ripe fruit and undertones of sweet spices that culminate in a lingering and harmonious finish. Its complexity and the elegant play of balance make this Moelleux Sémillon an excellent choice to accompany dishes such as foie gras, fruit-based desserts, or even blue cheeses.

Ideally served chilled, this wine expresses its full aromatic and taste potential when allowed to gently open up in the glass. A Montravel treasure that promises to elevate any special occasion or simply enrich the collection of any enthusiast of sophisticated sweet wines.
