The Côtes du Rhône Belleruche Rosé by M. Chapoutier is a wine that celebrates the freshness and liveliness typical of rosés from the Rhône Valley. Michel Chapoutier, one of the most respected and innovative producers in the region, creates this wine following his philosophy of enhancing the terroir and purity of the fruit, using biodynamic and sustainable viticulture practices.

Belleruche Rosé is typically a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, grape varieties that contribute their distinctive characteristics to create a harmonious and complex rosé. This wine reflects Chapoutier's ability to balance aromatic intensity with freshness, creating a rosé that is as pleasant to drink as it is nuanced.

Visually, the Côtes du Rhône Belleruche Rosé presents an attractive pale pink color, with brilliant nuances. On the nose, the wine offers an aromatic bouquet of fresh red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, floral accents and a light spicy note, typical of Syrah. Freshness is a key element, with hints of aromatic herbs and a subtle minerality adding complexity.

In the mouth, the Belleruche Rosé is lively and refreshing, with a nice acidity that balances the richness of the fruit. The texture is smooth and the palate is filled with flavors of fresh red fruit and citrus notes, leading to a clean and persistent finish. The aromatic complexity and structure of the wine make it versatile in gastronomic pairings.

Ideal as an aperitif, this rosé pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes, from Mediterranean cuisine, such as summer salads, fish and seafood dishes, to white meat preparations and fresh cheeses. It is also an excellent choice to accompany spicy dishes, thanks to its ability to balance aromatic richness and freshness.
