The Crémant d'Alsace Brut AOC from Bienvenue shows a fine perlage and lively bubbles that support its structure. On the nose it offers delicate notes of white-fleshed fruit and citrus, accompanied by light floral hints; the profile remains restrained and well balanced, without excessive aromatics. The structure is light, with a balanced body that supports the aromas without weighing them down. On the palate it is fresh and dry, with pleasant acidity and a persistent, harmonious finish.

Versatile in pairing, it suits the aperitif as well as fish dishes, shellfish and light starters; it also pairs well with fresh cheeses and vegetable preparations. We recommend serving the wine well chilled, around 6–8 °C, and enjoying it within a few years of purchase to retain its fresh character and the liveliness of the bubbles.
