Discover the Crémant d’Alsace AOC Millésimé by Arthur Metz, a refined sparkling wine that best expresses the elegance, precision, and freshness of the Alsatian tradition. This vintage Crémant is made from a careful selection of typical regional grapes, mainly Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay, hand-harvested and vinified with great care to preserve the aromatic purity of the fruit and the characteristics of the vintage.

Fermentation using the traditional method (méthode traditionnelle) gives the sparkling wine remarkable aromatic complexity and a creamy, balanced texture on the palate. It presents a bright straw-yellow color, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage that highlights its quality and elegance.

On the nose, it reveals a harmonious bouquet of white flowers, citrus, and white-fleshed fruit, enriched by delicate notes of dried fruit and bread crust, a result of aging on the lees. On the palate, it is fresh, taut, and well-structured, with lively acidity that gives it drive and a pleasant minerality that accompanies a long and refined finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, the Crémant d’Alsace Millésimé by Arthur Metz pairs beautifully with fish dishes, shellfish, sushi, and fresh cheeses. A sparkling wine with great personality, ideal for celebrating special moments or for enjoying an authentic and high-level tasting experience, expressing the best sparkling wine tradition of Alsace.
