The Crémant de Bourgogne by Pierre Ferraud & Fils is a sparkling example that celebrates the excellence and tradition of Burgundy when it comes to effervescent wines. Produced according to the traditional method, the same used for Champagne, this Crémant is the result of a rigorous selection of grapes, predominantly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, which reflect the richness and diversity of the Burgundian terroir.

The care and attention to detail are already evident in the winemaking, with the first fermentation taking place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and aroma of the grapes. The second fermentation in the bottle, followed by a period of aging on the yeasts, gives Pierre Ferraud & Fils' Crémant de Bourgogne its fine texture and aromatic complexity, characterized by a delicate creaminess and persistent bubbles.

Visually, the wine has a light straw yellow color, enriched by a fine and constant perlage that invites tasting. On the nose, it offers a fresh and inviting bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruit, citrus, and floral nuances, together with delicate hints of toasted bread and hazelnut, which testify to the quality of the refinement.

In the mouth, Crémant de Bourgogne reveals itself to be elegant and balanced, with a lively freshness that harmonises perfectly with its creamy structure. The flavors of apple, pear and lemon blend with a subtle minerality, leading to a clean and refreshing finish, which leaves an impression of refinement and pleasantness.

This Crémant is an excellent aperitif, capable of stimulating the palate and encouraging you to taste the dishes to come, but it also proves to be a versatile companion for the entire duration of the meal, pairing splendidly with light appetizers, fish-based dishes, sea and also not too sweet desserts.

The Crémant de Bourgogne by Pierre Ferraud & Fils represents a choice of great charm for those looking for an effervescent wine of superior quality, which combines the freshness and elegance of the best sparkling wines with the typicality and expressiveness of the Burgundian terroir.
