Descrizione

The Custoza DOC from Zeni is a white wine with a fresh, straightforwardly pleasant character. Visually it shows a bright straw-yellow color with greenish highlights that suggest liveliness. On the nose it opens to aromas of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers and subtle herbaceous notes; the intensity is balanced, not excessive, encouraging fairly immediate drinking. The structure remains lean, with good acidity providing tension and clarity, while the alcohol is perceived as polite and integrated.

On the palate it confirms the aromatic freshness, offering an agile, slightly saline progression that leaves a pleasant, drinkable finish. It pairs naturally with simply prepared fish, light starters, salads and fresh cheeses; it also works well as an aperitif. Winery history

The winery dates back to 1870. The family story begins with Bartolomeo Zeni; over time the family (notably Gaetano, known as 'Nino') shifted production toward separate vinification of grapes to highlight each origin.
