Il Cuvage de Cuvage Pas Dosè Metodo Classico della cantina Cuvage è un vino spumante che esprime l'essenza del terroir piemontese e la maestria della vinificazione tradizionale. Questo Metodo Classico, privo di dosaggio zuccherino, si distingue per la sua purezza e autenticità, riflettendo appieno le caratteristiche naturali delle uve utilizzate nella sua produzione.

Il colore è solitamente un giallo paglierino brillante con riflessi dorati, e il perlage è fine e persistente, segno di una lunga maturazione sui lieviti. Al naso rivela una complessità aromatica interessante, con note di crosta di pane, lievito, nocciola tostata, e sfumature di frutta secca. Si percepiscono anche accenni di mela verde e agrumi, che aggiungono freschezza al bouquet olfattivo.

In bocca, questo Pas Dosè colpisce per la sua struttura elegante e ben bilanciata. La cremosità del perlage avvolge il palato, mentre l'acidità vivace dona una piacevole sensazione di freschezza. Il retrogusto è lungo e minerale, con una leggera sapidità che invita ad un secondo sorso.

Winery history
Cuvage was established as a producer of quality sparkling wines based in Acqui Terme; the brand is reported in sources as founded in 2011. Over the years it has pursued a path focused on promoting Piedmontese grapes and, since 2021, has been part of Gruppo Argea, which has supported the expansion of its product initiatives and its international visibility.
Production philosophy
The winery emphasizes the expression of the terroir and meticulous attention to detail: from vineyard work to secondary fermentation in the bottle, the aim is to achieve a balance between the cuvée and the perlage, with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility.
Terroir and vineyards
It operates mainly in the hills of Piedmont and selects grapes sourced from the wine-producing areas of Alto Monferrato and southern Piedmont, with a selected supply chain that includes several of the area's characteristic soil types.
Awards and recognitions
It has received international recognition for several labels: gold and silver medals at international competitions for wines such as Asti DOCG "Acquesi" and other Metodo Classico sparkling wines. The Alta Langa di Cuvage has also been acknowledged in international competitions.
