The Cuvée Étoile Rosé in Jeroboam format by Domaines Ott is a true symbol of celebration and refinement, representing the maximum rosé production of this historic Provence winery. Presented in an impressive 3-litre bottle, Cuvée Étoile's Jeroboam not only impresses with its size but also with the exceptional quality of the wine it contains, offering an unmistakable statement of luxury and celebration.

Produced with a scrupulous selection of the best Grenache and Cinsault grapes, this rosé is the result of meticulous vinification, which aims to enhance the elegance, complexity and finesse typical of Domaines Ott wines. Cold maceration and temperature fermentation controlled, followed by refining on fine yeasts, give the wine an extraordinary aromatic delicacy and a silky texture.

The color is a delicate pale pink, characteristic of the finest rosés from Provence, and anticipates a tasting experience of rare elegance. On the nose, Cuvée Étoile Rosé expresses a wide range of aromas, from fresh and crunchy red fruits to delicate floral and mineral notes, with a touch of citrus that adds freshness and liveliness.

In the mouth, the wine surprises with its perfect balance between soft structure and refreshing acidity, offering a complexity of flavors that faithfully reflect the olfactory bouquet. The large Jeroboam bottle allows for slower, more gradual aging, potentially enriching the wine with further nuance and complexity over time.

The Cuvée Étoile Rosé in Jeroboam format is ideal for special occasions, perfect for sharing with friends and family during celebrations and parties. His stage presence is able to transform every table into a moment of pure joy and refinement.

This special format confirms Domaines Ott's commitment to offering not only wines of exceptional quality but also unique experiences, celebrating the beauty and conviviality that only a great rosé from Provence can offer.

Historic and recognizable 'Cœur de Grain' bottle. Vineyards planted on different soils that produce wines with distinct characteristics. Conversion to organic and sustainable practices underway; first Ecocert‑certified harvests reported by sources.
Winery history
The Ott family's activity in Provence began with Marcel Ott; the first documented purchase was Château de Selle. The family later acquired Clos Mireille and Château Romassan. During the 20th century Domaines Ott developed a quality-focused production, with parcel-based vinifications and an iconic bottle introduced by the family in the 1930s. More recently the project entered the sphere of the Roederer group, while technical management remained entrusted to the Ott family.
Production philosophy
A focus on the typicality of individual terroirs, yield limitation and meticulous winemaking. Consistent attention to soil quality and ageing. In recent years the group has begun converting part of its vineyards to more sustainable and organic practices.
Terroir and vineyards
The three estates are located in the Var department: Château de Selle in Taradeau, Clos Mireille in La Londe-les-Maures and Château Romassan in Le Castellet. The terroirs range from clay-limestone and chalky soils to schist and quartz, resulting in wines with distinct profiles.
