The Cuvée Kryslin Crèmant de Bourgogne from Domaine Hamelin is a refined French sparkling wine, made in the prestigious Burgundy region. Known for its elegance and finesse, this Crèmant de Bourgogne is the result of a rigorous selection of grapes and a careful winemaking process that follows the traditional techniques of the region.

The Cuvée Kryslin is primarily made from Chardonnay grapes, with a small percentage of Pinot Noir, which gives the wine a characteristic balance and aromatic complexity. It is matured on the lees for at least 18 months, helping to create a creamy texture and refined bubbles that are the hallmark of this sparkling wine's quality.

Visually, it presents a bright straw-yellow color, with golden reflections and a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, the Cuvée Kryslin offers a complex and elegant bouquet, with notes of white flowers, green apple, and a light nuance of almond and brioche, thanks to the long maturation period on the lees.

On the palate, the wine opens with a lively freshness, supported by good acidity and a well-balanced structure. Flavors of fresh fruit blend with hints of toasted bread and hazelnut, culminating in a long and pleasantly mineral finish.

This Crèmant is perfect as an aperitif, but also has the structure to accompany fish dishes or delicate appetizers. An excellent choice for celebrating special occasions or adding a touch of sophistication to convivial moments. Be sure to serve it at a temperature of about 6-8°C to fully enjoy its freshness and aromatic complexity.

Domaine Hamelin – Winery in Chablis (Borgogna)

Discover the story and wines of Domaine Hamelin.

Chablis producer based in Lignorelles (Burgundy), from the Hamelin family; known for Petit Chablis, Chablis and several Premier Crus, now managed by Thierry and his son Charles.
Region: Chablis (Borgogna)
Country: Francia
Founded: 1840
Grapes: Chardonnay
Family-run estate operating for several generations. Vineyards concentrated around Lignorelles, Beines and Poinchy in the Chablis area. Production focused on Chardonnay: Petit Chablis, Chablis and Premier Cru. Restrained viticultural practices and soil management to enhance the Kimmeridgian terroir. The surface area is reported to be approximately 36–37 hectares in commercial and informational sources.
Winery history
The Hamelin family's presence in the Chablis vineyards dates back to the 19th century; the estate developed over time, passing from generation to generation until Thierry Hamelin, now joined by his son Charles. Over the years the property has expanded to become a local point of reference in the Lignorelles/Beines/Poinchy area, while retaining its family character and a commitment to viticultural tradition.
Production philosophy
The domaine states an approach aimed at preserving the typicity of the terroir: measured viticulture, soil care with ploughing and cover crops on some parcels, and controlled vinifications to preserve the aromatic purity of the Chardonnay. The objective is to translate the characteristics of the Kimmeridgian into fresh, mineral wines with good structure.
Terroir and vineyards
Vines located in the Chablis area, with parcels in the communes of Lignorelles, Beines and Poinchy; Kimmeridgian limestone-clay soils typical of the appellation, with favorable exposures for some parcels classified Premier Cru.
