Obtained with the classical method, this sparkling wine stands out for its finesse and the elegance of the perlage, the result of a long aging in the bottle that helps develop complex aromas and a balanced structure. On the nose, delicate notes of green apple, citrus, and hints of yeast emerge, while on the palate it reveals itself fresh and vibrant, with a pleasant saltiness and a persistent finish.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish and shellfish dishes, this Brut from the Vivaldi Arunda Sektkellerei winery gracefully and characteristically expresses the excellence of the Italian Metodo Classico sparkling wine.
