The Cuvée Rosato from Tramin shows a delicate, luminous pink color that invites tasting without drawing precise conclusions about origin. On the nose it offers a fragrant profile with impressions of fresh red fruit, notes of small berries and floral hints; the bouquet is pleasant and immediate, without excess, suggesting softness and harmony. The olfactory structure remains clean, suitable for those seeking a contemporary, approachable rosé.

On the palate it displays a balance between acidity and moderate body: flavours recall cherry, strawberry and touches of citrus, with a light sapidity that gives substance to the finish. The sip is smooth, tannins are absent or very mild, and it suits fresh drinking as well as pairing with light everyday dishes such as salads, seafood starters or vegetable-based dishes and fresh cheeses. A cool serving temperature is recommended to appreciate its liveliness; this is a rosé to drink young to capture its freshness.
