Dalis Rosè by Endrizzi is a harmonious celebration of freshness and elegance. Produced in the renowned Trentino region, this rosé wine enchants with its delicate pink color, a prelude to an alluring sensory experience.

On the nose, Dalis Rosè unfolds an intriguing bouquet of aromas. Notes of small red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, blend with floral nuances and a slight touch of aromatic herbs, creating a sophisticated and pleasantly complex aromatic profile. This aromatic composition is not only inviting but promises a fresh and lively drink.

On the palate, the wine is incredibly balanced, with a light structure and a freshness that invites a second sip. The acidity is well-balanced by ripe red fruits that dominate the palate, while a slight minerality elevates its elegance and prolongs the persistence of the taste.

Thanks to its versatility, Dalis Rosè is ideal for accompanying a variety of dishes, from appetizers to light fish dishes, not to mention fresh vegetarian dishes and summer salads. Its light yet expressive profile also makes it perfect as an aperitif, especially on hot summer days.

The Endrizzi winery, with a history dating back over a century, continues to invest in quality and innovation, while preserving respect for tradition and the territory. Dalis Rosè is a shining example of their commitment to producing wines that not only reflect the beauty of their natural environment but also provide moments of pure pleasure for wine enthusiasts.
