Docil Loureiro - Niepoort is born in the picturesque hills of the Vinho Verde region, an area renowned for the freshness and liveliness of its white wines. The Loureiro grape variety, the star of this label, elegantly expresses floral aromas of azalea and linden, accompanied by hints of citrus and a delicate note of aromatic herbs.

The vinification takes place in steel, preserving the fruit and the bright acidity, while the brief aging maintains the characteristic freshness without losing complexity. On the palate, one perceives a pleasant smoothness, with a harmonious balance between a slight sapidity and a velvety softness.

Ideal as an aperitif and perfect with fish and shellfish dishes, Docil Loureiro tells the tradition of Vinho Verde through a modern and refined approach signed by Niepoort. A white that seduces with its transparency and its authentic freshness.
