The Dolcetto d'Alba DOC Rossana 2023 from Ceretto winery represents an excellent example of how a wine can express the unique character of a territory. Produced in the heart of Piedmont, this wine is made exclusively from Dolcetto grapes, carefully selected from the vineyards of Rossana, an area notably generous for this grape variety.

On the nose, the Dolcetto d'Alba DOC Rossana 2023 presents a rich aromatic bouquet with notes of cherry, blackberry, and a light spiciness reminiscent of licorice. The sip is soft and welcoming, with a freshness that perfectly balances the typical acidity of Dolcetto, making it extraordinarily drinkable and pleasant.

This wine is ideal as an accompaniment to traditional Piedmontese cuisine dishes, such as tajarin with ragù or meat-based dishes. Additionally, it serves excellently as an aperitif wine, capable of stimulating the palate. Its versatility makes it perfect for different occasions, from a simple family meal to a more formal dinner with friends.

The vinification follows methods that respect tradition, but with a keen eye on modern technologies, thus ensuring the highest quality of the final product. The Dolcetto d'Alba DOC Rossana 2023 is a wine that not only tells the story of the Alba territory but also showcases the commitment and passion of the Ceretto winery for oenological excellence.
