The Dolcetto D'Alba Priavino by Roberto Voerzio is a red wine that embodies the excellence and craftsmanship of Piedmontese viticulture. Produced in the renowned region of Alba, this label is crafted by master winemaker Roberto Voerzio, known for his meticulous approach and yield restriction to ensure maximum quality.

The Dolcetto D'Alba Priavino stands out for its intense ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it offers a complex aromatic bouquet, with dominant notes of cherries and plums, enriched by a slight touch of spices and licorice. This wine is a wonderful example of Dolcetto that combines elegance and aromatic potency.

On the palate, the Priavino reveals a balanced and harmonious structure. The acidity is well integrated with the soft tannins, making this wine pleasantly fruity and easy to drink. The gustatory persistence is remarkable, leaving fruity sensations in the mouth and a pleasant slightly bitter aftertaste that is typical of Dolcetto.

Ideal as an accompaniment to traditional Piedmontese cuisine dishes, such as tajarin with sausage sauce or antipasti of local cured meats and cheeses, this wine expresses its best gustatory potential at a serving temperature of 16-18°C.

The Dolcetto D'Alba Priavino by Roberto Voerzio is recommended to wine lovers who seek an immediate red but capable of expressing the typicality and authenticity of Alba's terroir. A wine that does not disappoint and offers moments of true enological pleasure to enthusiasts. A real gem from the Voerzio cellar not to be missed.
