Sarpa Baby is a grappa obtained from the distillation of grape pomace from Merlot and Cabernet grapes. Its crystal clarity is a pure expression of the traditional method of discontinuous distillation in a water bath, adopted by the Poli family. On the nose, Sarpa Baby reveals lively hints of aromatic herbs, fresh fruit, and a light floral touch, which anticipate a balanced and delicately harmonious palate.
