The "Durella Riserva Pas Dosè - Amedeo Lessini DOC - MAGNUM - Cà Rugate" is an extraordinary example of a classic method sparkling wine, produced in magnum format, which elevates the concept of celebration to a higher level. Durella, a native grape variety from the Monti Lessini area in Veneto, forms the basis of this wine, providing marked freshness and liveliness.

The Cà Rugate winery, renowned for its dedication to producing quality wines, presents this Pas Dosè Riserva with minimal addition of dosage liquor, making the tasting experience extremely pure and authentic. The extended maturation on the lees, lasting over 36 months, contributes to developing complexity and depth, enriching the bouquet with notes of toasted bread, almond, and delicate citrus accents.

Visually, the "Durella Riserva Pas Dosè" presents itself with a bright straw yellow color, embellished with fine and persistent bubbles that captivate at first glance. On the nose, the wine offers an intriguing olfactory panorama, with nuances of white fruit, floral and a subtle mineral hint, a distinctive element of its volcanic terroir of origin.

On the palate, the wine is rigorously dry, fresh, and clean, with a balanced structure and a long, persistent finish, leaving sensations of great satisfaction and pleasurableness on the palate. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with dishes of raw fish, light appetizers, or simply as the star of an important toast.

The magnum format makes it ideal for special occasions, ensuring not just a moment of taste, but also a memorable visual and shared experience. This is why "Durella Riserva Pas Dosè - Amedeo Lessini DOC - MAGNUM - Cà Rugate" represents an excellent choice for those seeking elegance and authenticity in a high-quality sparkling wine.

Winery history
The Tessari family has been cultivating vineyards in the area for over a century; the Ca' Rugate label first appeared on bottles in 1986. In 2001 Michele Tessari, the fourth generation of the family, launched a project to reorganize the estate and expand the vineyards, and the new winery in Montecchia di Crosara was inaugurated in 2002. Over the years the estate has developed wine‑tourism activities and created a wine museum to tell the family's agricultural history.
Production philosophy
Quality that begins in the vineyard is a priority: sustainable management and low-impact practices to enhance native varieties and the expression of the terroir. Since 2004 the estate has adopted more sustainable agronomic methods and demonstrates a commitment to traceability and preserving the local character. Since 2013 it has been part of Indipendenti del Soave.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are situated on the hills of Val d'Alpone and on land well suited to Soave Classico, Valpolicella and Lessini Durello. The soils have a volcanic and calcareous‑basaltic composition typical of the Soave area; some parcels lie on ridges and terraces with steep slopes and average elevations of around 400–450 meters above sea level.
Awards and recognitions
Numerous national and international awards, including several 'Tre Bicchieri' from the Gambero Rosso guide for the winery's wines, and medals/recognitions at international competitions also dedicated to mountain and heroic wines.
