Pairing Aperitif - Meat - Cheese

Duvel is a top-fermented strong Belgian ale. The recipe, which has remained unchanged over time, is the result of a careful selection and blend of the best French and Belgian malts.

The term "Duvel" in Flemish dialect translates into the term "devil"; and was created with the aim of identifying an elegant and quality beer, but at the same time powerful and "diabolical" like the high alcohol content that distinguishes it.

Crystal clear water, yeast, hops and malt are the ingredients of this amazing beer whose production process lasts 90 days.

Crystalline straw yellow in the glass, Duvel beer has a rich, consistent and abundant foam. Inebriating on the nose with fragrant bread crust hints on a citrus background and sweet pear nuances. When tasted, it is balanced, fresh and clean, with a fruity and alcoholic return that ends with a dry, dry and pleasantly bitter finish on the palate.

Excellent in combination with aperitifs rich in cold cuts and cheeses, as well as main courses of grilled meat.
