Distillation
Double distillation (the product is distilled twice; part is bottled as Blanco, the rest is aged).
Ageing
Aging in white oak barrels for the aged expressions (Reposado: minimum 9 months; Añejo: 18–36 months; Extra Añejo: minimum 3.5 years). Cristalino: aged and then filtered with activated carbon to obtain a clear color while retaining the complexity of an Añejo. Special editions with finishes in Port, Sherry or rum casks.
