Description

Elisir Sambuca Poli is a refreshing Mediterranean liqueur, the same that includes Turkish Raki, French Pastis, Spanish Anis, Greek Ouzo and Arak from the Eastern world.

In the glass it is colorless. The nose is intense, characterized by dominant aromas of anise, followed by hints of meadow flowers. On the palate the taste is decidedly velvety, pleasantly sweet and persistent.

A delicate but at the same time intense liqueur, ideal enjoyed straight but also on the rocks, or with the "fly". Great for enriching coffee or used in cocktails.
