Falanghina IGT shows a bright straw-yellow color with subtle green highlights. On the nose it offers a fresh, restrained profile: citrus notes, white peach and light floral hints can be perceived, balanced by a mineral thread that provides freshness. On the palate it is dry and savory, with lively acidity that supports the sip and makes it pleasant and smooth; the finish remains clean and of good persistence, without excess.

This bottle from the "Imprint of Mark Shannon" label by Cantina A Mano is intended to be versatile for pairing: it pairs well with vegetable-based starters, simple fish dishes, light white meats and fresh cheeses. Recommended serving temperature around 8-10 °C. For those who enjoy young whites, it is best consumed within a few years of purchase; those who prefer to experiment can try its evolution in bottle kept in a cellar at stable temperature. A suitable choice for everyday use and informal occasions.

Cantina A Mano (A Mano Wine) – Winery in Puglia

Discover the story and wines of Cantina A Mano (A Mano Wine).

Region: Puglia
Country: Italia
Founded: 1998
Grapes: Primitivo, Susumaniello, Negroamaro, Falanghina, Fiano, Greco
Linee di prodotto: A Mano, Imprint of Mark Shannon, Prima Mano e Naturali.
Terroir and vineyards
