Senete from La Guardiense is a Falanghina Sannio DOP that appears clear and bright, with a light straw colour. On the nose it offers a discreet, coherent profile with hints of white flowers, ripe citrus and a note of green apple; overall it shows a fresh and pleasant aroma, without excess, inviting to drink. Some herbal hints and lemon zest contribute to defining the ensemble without overpowering the aromatic picture.

On the palate it confirms a sapid texture and good freshness, with balanced acidity and medium body. Tannins are absent, as expected for this style of white wine, and the finish leaves a slight mineral impression. It pairs easily with seafood starters, fish dishes, light soups and salads; it is also suitable as a versatile table wine for convivial occasions. To preserve its immediacy it is preferable to drink it within a few years of release.
