Falco Bianco Biodinamico is a white wine from Fattoria Piccione labeled Rubicone IGT. The producer declares the use of biodynamic principles, focusing on vineyard balance and minimizing cellar interventions. It presents as an everyday white offering freshness and drinkability; suitable with seafood starters, light fish dishes and vegetarian preparations, served at about 8–10 °C to appreciate its delicate aromatics.

In the glass it shows a pale straw colour and a restrained aromatic profile: delicate hints of white-fleshed fruit, white flowers and light herbal nuances. The palate is lean, with lively acidity that supports the body without aggression, finishing with a pleasant return of minerality and sapidity. This is a wine that favors balance and immediacy over extreme complexity, for those seeking a straightforward, unfussy white to enjoy young for its freshness.

Winery history
La Fattoria del Piccione is housed in a historic complex in the hamlet of San Savino, on the hills of the Valconca in the province of Rimini. The Pasini family's winemaking activity is now recognized locally; several sources indicate that the modern estate was founded by Vitaliano Pasini at the end of the 20th century. The winery uses historic spaces connected to the borgo malatestiano for vinification and aging.
Production philosophy
The estate adopts a respectful approach to the land: cultivating its own vineyards, transitioning to organic farming and applying biodynamic practices to some labels, with an emphasis on minimal intervention in the cellar to express the wines' sense of place.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in the heart of the Valconca, a short distance from the Adriatic coast, the winery benefits from the gentle slopes and sea breees typical of the Colli di Rimini / Romagna; the territory is a central element in the identity of its labels.
